At Mini Champions, we build educational and active games tailored specifically for children and toddlers (ages 5 and under). We are parents and educators ourselves, and we believe that a safe environment is crucial for learning and play.

Because our target audience is young children, we adhere strictly to the highest standards of privacy protection. We minimize our data footprint and implement protective defaults so you can feel completely secure letting your child play and learn with our application.

2. Children's Privacy Compliance (COPPA & GDPR Kids)

We do NOT knowingly collect, store, or share any personal information from children.

Our services are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, and relevant privacy laws in Australia. We do not require children to input names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information.

We believe that the safest way to store data is not to upload it in the first place.

All game data, progress, and settings are saved locally on the user's mobile device. We do NOT upload any game state or configuration to external cloud servers, and we do not maintain online profiles for our players.

5. No Third-Party Tracking or Advertising

To protect our players from intrusive advertising and tracking practices:

  • We do not run behavioral advertising, ad profiling, or retargeting.
  • We do not share any usage stats or analytics data with third-party advertisers.
  • We do not integrate advertising networks or software development kits (SDKs) that track users across other apps or websites.

6. Parental Consent & Parental Gates

To keep children safely within the gameplay experience and prevent accidental navigation outside the app:

Our app utilizes secure Parental Gates. This means children cannot access external web links, app settings, support requests, or subscription/purchase panels without completing a challenge that requires reading and coordination skills beyond the target age (such as solving a basic arithmetic problem or typing specific numbers).
